Coaching + Integrator Services
Coaching is a partnership. As a coach, my role is to create safe space - without judgment or agenda - for clients to process their experiences, discover new awareness and take meaningful action. Whether your goal is to pursue a career transition, grow as a leader or parent or friend, find more balance and fulfillment in your life or pursue a lifelong dream, coaching can be a powerful launchpad.
The role of an integrator is grounded in partnership too. In collaboration with a visionary leader, my role is to build organizational structure and systems that support the company’s values, ensure clear and measurable goals, and create space for creativity, innovation and proactive problem solving. If you are an entrepreneur feeling overwhelmed by the details or like you can never get to the things you need to do in order to elevate your business, hiring a part-time integrator can be an empowering next step.
A little about me. I’m the oldest of four kids, grew up in the Minneapolis area and spent most of my free time in high school doing ballet, playing tennis or sneaking into R-rated movies. After graduating from Iowa State, I lived in San Francisco for a few years, got married to Andrew and am now back in Minnesota with two daughters, Nicole and Clara. I still love an R-rated movie, but also reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with friends.
Professionally, the last fifteen years has been a mix of helping to create and launch a mentoring non-profit and media strategy and planning at a few different agencies - all with an emphasis on managing teams, developing sustainable systems and overseeing projects from strategic development through execution. While a bit of a winding road, the through line in all of my jobs has been people. I love building relationships and collaborating with people as they learn, grow and discover more of who they want to be and what they want to accomplish - and being part of making it happen.
Ways to connect.
consultation – Free
A 20-minute call to connect in person, explore your goals and current barriers, and answer any questions to determine if a partnership is a fit.
Energy Assessment – $95 / person
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment that captures both how you approach life when things are going well and when you experience stress. The assessment is taken online and includes a 60-minute debrief over the phone.
In addition to the ELI being an insightful tool for learning more about yourself, it can also be a valuable experience for a team. The assessment and debrief still happen individually, but a customized group session afterwards is a powerful way to build new awareness about how to better support and elevate each other’s work.
